duckdice currently supports the following PKR payment methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), and Meezan Bank. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) with no currency conversion fees.
Deposits are credited to your duckdice PKR wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically reflected in your account within seconds. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank may take up to one business day depending on the originating bank's processing times.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible, as a standard anti-fraud measure. All withdrawals require your account to be fully KYC-verified before processing.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are set per payment method and are subject to change. Current limits are displayed on the cashier page of your duckdice account. Responsible gaming deposit limits set by the player take precedence over standard platform maximums.

Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they, or any winnings derived from them, become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus funds and associated winnings are non-withdrawable.
Bonuses are available to eligible, verified players unless stated otherwise. duckdice reserves the right to withhold bonus offers from players who, in its reasonable assessment, are engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming the same offer multiple times via duplicate accounts, placing opposing bets to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or systematically withdrawing bonus funds before wagering requirements are met.
Bonus funds and free spin rewards have expiry periods as stated in the relevant promotion. Any bonus not used within its validity period will be forfeited automatically. duckdice is under no obligation to reinstate expired bonuses.
duckdice reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to a player's account prior to the amendment.
duckdice reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. This includes but is not limited to situations where duckdice suspects a technical error in odds, a market has been incorrectly priced, or there are reasonable grounds to suspect bet manipulation.
Cricket betting markets — including PSL, international Tests, ODIs, T20Is, and ICC tournaments — are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body. In-play bets are subject to the rules of the specific market as displayed at the time of placement. Bets placed after a market has been suspended are void.
All casino games, including slots, Andar Bahar, and live dealer tables, operate using certified random number generator (RNG) technology or live real-time dealing, as applicable. Game outcomes are determined by the RNG and are not influenced by previous results, player identity, or account balance. Published RTP (Return to Player) figures are accurate and audited.
In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during a game or betting event, duckdice will make reasonable efforts to settle affected rounds fairly based on the state of play at the time of the failure. Where a fair settlement cannot be determined, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned. duckdice's decision in such matters is final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on duckdice and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:
Zero Tolerance Policy: duckdice operates a zero-tolerance policy on fraud and money laundering. Any funds associated with prohibited activities will be frozen, withheld, and/or returned to relevant authorities. duckdice will pursue all available legal remedies against individuals engaged in prohibited conduct.
All content on the duckdice platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, page layouts, software, game interfaces, text, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of duckdice or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the duckdice platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the duckdice platform without prior written consent from duckdice.

duckdice's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the claim.
duckdice does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, or events beyond duckdice's reasonable control may cause temporary service interruptions. duckdice will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where reasonably practicable.
Gambling involves inherent financial risk. duckdice is not responsible for financial losses incurred through normal gaming activity. Players are responsible for their own wagering decisions. If gambling is negatively affecting your finances, please use our responsible gaming tools or contact our support team.

Where an account is terminated for cause, duckdice may withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation. Where termination occurs without cause, any verified PKR balance will be returned to the player.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which duckdice holds its international gaming license. Any disputes not resolved through our internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body.
Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under applicable Pakistani consumer protection laws where those laws apply to your use of the platform.
duckdice reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email notification or a prominent notice displayed upon login. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the duckdice platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must close your account before the revised Terms take effect.
